No boredom at all!

     Hey there everyone! I hope you are staying indoors as I am. Staying at home is always relaxing. But staying indoors always makes us bored. We cannot do anything about it, but we can make it interesting inside our homes.
     Well, most of the people right now are free & everybody is using electronics like mobile (the most wanted), tablets, i-pads, & TV. It is not at all your fault that you are using these. But the illuminated screen of electronic gadgets can & will damage your eyes and brain if you use it constantly for the whole day.

     But friends, there are even other activities which you can do to keep yourself occupied in this lock-down.
     
     To keep your body fit, you must perform at least one of the following:
     
  àExercise: pushups, skipping etc.
     àDance
     àYoga: do meditate everyday for 5 to 10 minutes so that your mind stays healthy.
     àStretching: it will help strengthen your muscles so do it as much as you can.

     We talked about physical health, but mental & emotional health are also necessary. Spend time with books, read, write, think or do subjects which you are interested in.
If you are interested in Math perform some mathematical activities like Sudoku, mental Math etc.
If you are interested in Science carry out some experiments with materials available at home.
           
  DO NOT GO OUTSIDE
    
     Maintain a balance in whatever you do: watch TV, use mobile, read books, exercise etc. If you balance your routine, you will not get bored during this lock-down period.

  6. Very well written Chitrangadaba 👏👏....Yes true kids and adults stay glued to gadgets most of the time during the lockdown....very well balanced physical and mental workouts together would kill boredom and help us pass this stay at home phase healthily....lots of love beta .
